I began cooking to cope with my trials of being a single mother of three, domestic violence, depression, and substance abuse. 

As an overcomer, I found my niche by cooking for many years as a culinary artist to express myself under my company, VisionariE’s by Ericka. 

I realized that you have to love yourself first and identify with who you are. From Self esteem, to body image. Whether it be eating or starving FOOD Nurses You Back to life! As I self reflect daily on finding the missing ingredients in my life, I realize that food changes mood! 

My pain pushed me into my purposes which required elevation to becoming a self published author, obtaining a Bachelors degree in Business Management, and a MBA with honors in an accelerated program, while opening a catering and event venue where you can create memorable moments making history. Knowing that VisionariE’s is not just a catering company, it is a brand, a lifestyle, and a blueprint where creativity is expressed through vision and innovation.
